Extremely Disappointing Experience with RedotPay

I am deeply frustrated with RedotPay’s handling of my account on RedotPay. My account was restricted without clear justification, despite using it solely for legitimate purposes like grocery purchases for my family and transferring USDT to my personal wallet for trading. I have provided all requested documents multiple times, including selfie verifications, bank statements, payslips, and redacted screenshots of my wallet’s deposit history.

Despite my full cooperation, RedotPay keeps delaying the review process, repeatedly asking for the same documents or new confirmations, with no resolution in sight. Each time I comply, they request something else, dragging the process for days with generic responses like “we are reviewing.” This is unacceptable and feels like a tactic to avoid accountability. The ongoing restrictions are causing significant financial hardship, as I rely on this account for my family’s daily necessities.

RedotPay’s lack of transparency and efficiency makes it seem far from a serious financial institution. I strongly caution others to be wary of their services, as you risk having your funds locked with no clear timeline for resolution. I urge RedotPay to resolve my case immediately and lift the restrictions on my account. Potential users, beware of these issues before trusting RedotPay with your money.
